What is ACLS?
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) builds on the foundation of Basic Life Support (BLS), emphasizing advanced medical skills required in the treatment of cardiac arrest, stroke, and other life-threatening emergencies. The ACLS course is designed for healthcare professionals involved in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies.
This course is aligned with the NHSF/PHA Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) and is focused on improving clinical outcomes through early recognition and effective team-based response.
